Accepting yourself for who you are
This meditation is designed to help us release any old and limiting programming we may have taken on from people around us as we were growing up, and even from our own experiences as an adult. Our minds can tend to take these old memories and interpretations and use them to diminish our own sense of who we are.
This meditation will help us to reinterpret those experiences in a more positive way, in such a way that we will take the learnings from them. Moreover, we will experience how to embrace our true nature as independent beings of love and light, unaffected by any of our life experiences.
