Changing Your Beliefs
Our beliefs can literally have the power to program us for life or for death, for misery or for happiness, for failure or success. We may take on limiting beliefs simply by drawing certain conclusions about our life circumstances, based on a limited number of unhappy experiences. These beliefs can then remain influential in how we live our lives – and we may then choose to play small, to restrict ourselves to certain arenas where we may feel more safe. In so doing, we unfortunately fail to embrace life and to reach our full potential.
The Changing Your Beliefs meditation can be used again and again to release limiting beliefs from any area of your life, be it health, relationships, career, finances, self-confidence or something else. You will replace the limiting belief with a much more empowering belief that you have designed yourself, a belief that will help you become healthier, happier and/or more effective in your life. This is one of the most useful and powerful meditations in the series.
